I am a licensed psychologist in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a strong background in practical, evidence-based therapies, like Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Exposure and response prevention (ERP). There is also great value in exploring how early patterns, coping mechanisms and beliefs can become outdated and block our natural ability to heal.
I enhance my professional expertise with my experience as a working mother, advocate for neurodiverse children, and marriage partner. My practice includes individual psychotherapy and couples counseling. I also provide single-appointment consultations, either for professionals for case consultation or for individuals with (non-psychotherapy) questions relevant to my areas of expertise.
