Private practice fees:

Each 50 minute session is $200.00. Payment in cash or check is due at each meeting at the time of service.

If you wish to schedule a 1 ½ hour session, which is often recommended for families or couples, I can often accommodate that with some advanced notice. The fees increase accordingly.

Cancellation of Appointments:

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you will not make your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, then the full appointment fee is owed.

Use of Insurance:

I do not accept payments directly from insurance companies. However I will be happy to provide you with receipts if you would like to seek your own reimbursement from your insurance company. You can ask your insurance representative what they will cover for an "out of network doctor".
